It has many categories such as sports, softwares, gaming, music, and online tv.
I want to know weather if I provide a link to a program coming on tv is illegal.
For example I want to give a link to tom and jerry videos.
And give disclaimer.
Will that be illegal?
Can anybody sue me?
If yes can you provide an alternate solution on how to add those videos safely.
And if they can sue me won’t it be a remote chance that anybody does if I’m getting a profit of around 2,000 Indian Rupees a month from ads?
Is it illegal even if I provide the link to another website which gives the video.
or if I embed it from youtube?
because I use google sites and google sites said youtube videos are legal.
Yes, posting copyrighted content on your website is a violation of copyright law. A disclaimer is useless because you obviously cannot disclaim criminal liability.
